Invictum Residence Rooms

Residence has an elevator which was very helpful with suitcases and also the staff was very helpful. The area is safe and 5 min away to Taksim Square. I would recommend this place to families with kids.

The accommodation is conveniently located near the lively Istiklal area, where you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants. It’s also close to the metro and about an 8-minute walk (if I remember correctly) to the Havabus or Havaist stop, which provides transport to and from the airport. The unit we booked was the one below the ground floor, and you have the option to take the stairs or use the lift. It’s a two-bedroom flat with a kitchen. We were provided with complimentary water, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and slippers daily, which was a nice added bonus. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and for the price we paid, it truly offers great value for money.

I loved the location of the property and authenticness of the neighbourhood. The property is VERY clean, which I loved. The access to the metro and public transport is great. Istikal street is very close by.

Very good location and lovely staff. Thanks to Ferid and all other staff for being helpful and kind! Would stay here again as it was comfortable to reach out main streets and public transport.

Value for money

To be honest i liked all, there was no any point that i can say unpleasent. First of all i am thankfull receptionists Farid, Ilyas, Anar and cleaning staff. All of them were so kind and helpfull, professional. Location was excellent, as writen 300-350 meters from Taksim meydan or metro, Istiklal street. Though it was closer to centre, area was silent all hours of the day. No disturbances and uninterrupted rest. It was easy to carry luggage from the Havabus stop, and there’s even an elevator in the hotel. Price is very suitable, may say even cheaper. Everywhere was clean including my room and staff did perfect cleaning every day. We found everything inside room such as toothbrush/pasta, slippers, shower gels/shampoo, hair dryer, enough towels, soaps, spoons, knifes, forks, tea, coffee, sugar. Though it was February and snow we never felt cold inside room. Heating and AC was in good condition. TV and WIFI were also okay. I used room NO 202. I highly recommend Invictum Residence; you can book it with confidence. i took video from room but unfortunately forget capturing pictures. Some guests posted old photos that initially made me hesitant, but after researching, I’m glad I made the perfect choice. The current condition of the hotel is excellent, and I’ve already booked it for my friends for August 2025.
